A Wonderful Boutique Hotel Experience in Naples
I recently stayed at the Inn at Pelican Bay with my daughters, and we had a wonderful experience. This is a charming boutique hotel that is exceptionally well maintained, very clean, and filled with classic character. What truly sets it apart, however, is the outstanding service.
From the moment we arrived, Krenar welcomed us with genuine kindness and hospitality. He is much more than a driver he is a true concierge who is always ready to help and make guests feel at home. It is easy to see that he is an exceptional person who genuinely cares about the guest experience.
Mandy, Bernadette, and the entire front desk team also provided attentive, professional, and high-quality service throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. Even the guitarist who performed during breakfast was a fantastic musician and added a very special touch to the atmosphere.
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and we were able to go there using both the complimentary shuttle and the hotel bicycles. The hotel also provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which makes the experience much easier and more enjoyable.
Breakfast was good and considerably better than what many other hotels offer. I would only suggest adding a little more variety to the egg options. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped even including a garment steamer. The bathroom and all the hotel facilities were extremely clean. The beds were comfortable for two people sleeping close together, although they seemed closer to full-size beds than true queens.
In the evening, the outdoor fireplace creates a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Honestly, the price does not fully reflect all the amenities, quality of service, and classic ambiance that this hotel provides it offers excellent value.
Because of my work, I travel frequently and stay at many hotels throughout the United States and internationally. Based on that experience, I feel confident recommending the Inn at Pelican Bay. Although it is not directly on the beach, it is strategically located in one of Naples’ most attractive and established areas, close to the Ritz-Carlton and surrounded by restaurants for every taste and budget.
In short, this is a hotel that has successfully preserved its distinctive style and personal approach to hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our time together as a family so enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work!

Overall, a really nice hotel.
I’ve stayed in Naples several times and this was the first time at this beautiful hotel. Overall, I thought the rooms were very nice. Definitely very clean, 10/10 for cleanliness!
I had a minor issue with my shower, but that was fixed immediately upon my request.
Jeff at the bar was outstanding and Debra at the front desk was awesome as well. I’ll be back here again soon!

Been here many times and it's great. Has shuttle service every hour to Vanderbilt beach and they provide beech chairs and umbrellas.
